Creating multi-language documents:
Each new document starts from scratch with no synchronization between languages. This means:
All headers and fields are fully editable
Write content directly in your target language
Documents remain independent—changes in one don't affect others
Maintain separate versions tailored to different markets
In certain sections you will need to click on the section's title to enter the settings and from there you see that you have the options to Translate Labels (which allows you to manually rename/translate the content).
Please note that we do not yet support all characters and Right to Left writing. We hope to bring all languages in the future.
Storage capacity: Premium account ⭐: Create up to 144 documents total (resumes and cover letters combined, for personal use only)
Organizing multi-language documents:
1. Using Views Access your documents through three main views:
All Documents: See everything at once
Resumes: Filter to show only resumes
Cover Letters: Filter to show only cover letters
2. Using Tags Create and manage custom tags to organize documents by language or any other category:
Apply tags like "English," "Spanish," "French," or "German"
Create tags for specific purposes: "Tech Jobs," "Marketing Roles," "Europe Applications"
Filter documents quickly using your custom tag system
Fully customizable—add, edit, or remove tags as needed
Best practice: Use a combination of Views and Tags to keep your multi-language documents organized. For example, tag all Spanish resumes with "Spanish" and all tech-focused ones with "Tech" for easy filtering.
