With Nowsta, it's possible to set custom Pay Rates and Bill Rates specific to your clients. This is helpful if you pay your staff a different rate for certain clients or if you have a different bill rate for certain clients.
To set-up a custom pay rate or bill rate for a client, head to the Clients page of your account and select the desired client. From there, enter your preferred pay rate and/or bill rate for that client for each position in your account.

Any pay rate or bill rate you enter for a particular client will override the default position or worker pay rate or bill rate once you add the client to an event.
When creating events, you will have to make sure the client is selected. Nowsta will automatically apply the pay rate and bill rate for the selected client.
