Why Are my Pay Rates Incorrect on my Payroll Report?

Nowsta will always use the pay rate on file for when a time entry was created, so if you apply a pay rate after a shift has been worked, that time entry will not reflect the new pay rate.

You can manually update those pay rates by clicking the Time & Attendance page and the hourly rate on their timecard. From there, you can edit the pay rate in the pop-up window.
