Event Worker Instructions

When you’re setting up an event in Nowsta, you might notice there are a few different fields for worker instructions — All Workers, Internal Workers, and External Workers.

This article explains what each field means and how to use them to make sure the right people see the right notes.


Instructions for All Workers

The “Instructions for All Workers” field is used to add general notes that apply to everyone working the event, including both your own staff and external companies or agencies.


Internal Workers

Internal workers are your organization’s own staff.

If you’d like to share notes that are only for your team for the event, you can enter them in the Internal Workers field.


External Workers

External workers are people who aren’t part of your company’s internal staff. They’re usually hired through staffing agencies.

If you want to give specific instructions just for these workers, use the External Workers field.
