How to Download Your Workers
Go to your Workers page:
Click Workers from the left-hand menu, or
Visit: https://app.nowsta.com/workers
In the top-right corner, click Export Workers
Your file will download automatically as a CSV file, which you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
What Information Is Included?
The downloaded file includes the following worker details (if available in your account):
Last Name
First Name
Phone Number
Email
Payroll ID
Tax Status (W2 or 1099)
Start Date
Birth Date
Address
Notes
Level
Emergency Contact Name
Emergency Contact Phone Number
Clothing Size Information (if enabled)
Tags
Expiring Tags
Position
Rates
