Worker Privacy

These settings allow you to control what information workers can see about other team members assigned to the same event. Adjusting these permissions helps you balance transparency, privacy, and communication across your workforce.

Event Timecard Supervisors Permissions

  • Allows timecard supervisors to view the phone numbers of workers assigned to an event.

  • Useful for supervisors who need to quickly contact workers regarding attendance or time tracking.

Worker Pay Rate Policy

  • Allows workers to view their own pay rates for:

    • Offered shifts

    • Upcoming shifts

  • Note: Workers can always see earnings for completed shifts if their hours were recorded in Nowsta.

Worker Tip Policy

  • Allows workers to view the tip policy for:

    • Offered shifts

    • Upcoming shifts

  • Helps ensure clarity around tip distribution before accepting shifts.

Event Workers Roster Policy

  • Allows workers to see who else is assigned to the same event.

  • Useful for team coordination and awareness.

Event Workers Contacts Policy

  • Allows workers to view the phone numbers of other workers in the same event.

  • Enables direct communication between team members when needed.

Event Workers Shifts Policy

  • Allows workers to see other workers’ positions and shift times within the same event.

  • Helps workers understand team structure and scheduling.
