Workaround: Check the Announcement in the Nowsta Worker App
Since announcements are displayed to workers through the Nowsta Worker app, an admin can verify the announcement by checking the Worker app (preferably with the worker who received it).
This allows you to confirm:
The announcement was received
The message content that was sent
How it appears to the worker
Need Help Locating an Announcement?
If you need assistance verifying an announcement, please provide one of the following:
The shift/event the announcement was sent for
The name of a worker who received the announcement
The Nowsta Support team can help look into it further.
