Integration Update Emails
Automatic email notifications sent when an update to an event occurs through an integration with Caterease, Total Party Planner, or Curate.
This feature helps keep you informed about changes to events that are managed through these integrated platforms.
Worker Missed Clock-in Email
Automatic email notification sent to administrators or coordinators when a worker fails to clock in for their scheduled shift.
These settings are managed individually and do not affect other coordinators in your company.
Tag Expiration Monthly Emails
This is a notification sent to coordinators who opt in, providing a summary of all upcoming tag expirations for workers in their organization.
If this setting is enabled, the email is sent as soon as you subscribe, and then on the 1st of each month.
Summary includes links to worker profiles, allowing you to quickly remove or update tags as needed.
Each coordinator manages their own subscription to these notifications; settings are not shared across the company.
User Removal Email
The process of removing an Admin Role from a user in Nowsta.
Before removing an Admin Role, it is important to ensure that the user's Subscription Setting emails have been turned off. This prevents emails from continuing to be sent to their email address if they will still be using that email for other purposes.
