Overview
The Branding page allows you to provide an image URL for your company image.
Image requirements:
Maximum dimensions: 240 × 240 pixels
Maximum file size: 2 MB
How to Add Your Company Image
Log in to the Nowsta Admin site.
Go to Settings > Branding.
Enter your company image URL in the Your Image URL field.
Save your changes.
Troubleshooting
If your image does not appear correctly:
Make sure the image is no larger than 240 × 240 pixels.
Make sure the image file is smaller than 2 MB.
Verify that the image URL is correct and accessible.
Important Notes
The image must meet both the size and dimension requirements to be accepted.
Use a direct image URL to ensure Nowsta can access the image.
