Main Contact Settings

The Main Contact settings allow you to manage the primary contact information associated with your company in Nowsta. This includes the main contact’s name, phone number, and email address.

The following information can be managed under Main Contact Settings:

Main Contact Name
Main Contact Phone
Main Contact Email

How to Update the Main Contact Information

Log in to the Nowsta Admin site.
Go to Settings > Main Contact.
Update the Main Contact Name, Main Contact Phone, and/or Main Contact Email as needed.
Save your changes.

Troubleshooting

If you’re unable to update the main contact information, make sure you have the appropriate permissions to access and edit company settings.

If the changes do not appear after saving, refresh the page and verify that the updated information is displayed.

Important Notes

Make sure the contact information is accurate and up to date.
The main contact information should belong to the person who should be contacted regarding your company’s Nowsta account.
