Introduction
Nowsta offers workarounds for sharing parking information with event staff and finding past events associated with a specific location. Although some of these actions are not available directly within the platform, you can use event attachments and the Event Overview CSV report to accomplish these tasks.

Find events associated with a specific location by exporting and filtering a report.
How to Attach Parking Maps and Visual Instructions to an Event
Currently, you cannot upload an image directly to the Staff Parking information field or attach a picture directly to the location itself. However, you can upload files to the event so that staff assigned to it can access the information.
Open the event in Nowsta.
Click Attach Files at the top of the screen.
Select and upload your file. Supported formats include PDF, DOC, JPG, PNG, CSV, and XLSX, and files must be smaller than 10 MB.
Make sure to click Upload before saving so the attachment is shared with your workers.
This is a useful way to share parking maps, internal venue maps, images, or other visual instructions, especially when the parking location differs from the event address.

How to Find Events Associated With a Specific Location
Currently, Nowsta does not offer a direct way to search or filter all events by location within the app interface. As a workaround, you can export the Event Overview CSV report and filter it using Excel or Google Sheets.
Go to the Reports section in Nowsta.
Select the Event Overview CSV report.
Choose the date range you want to review.
Export the report.
Open the downloaded CSV file in Excel or Google Sheets.
Search or filter the data by the location address or venue name.
The report will help you identify events associated with that location, along with the available event details and shift information.
Important Notes
File attachments: Files must be smaller than 10 MB and use one of the supported formats: PDF, DOC, JPG, PNG, CSV, or XLSX.
Upload confirmation: Click Upload before saving to ensure the attachment is shared with workers.
Parking information: Event attachments can be used to share parking maps and visual instructions when parking is different from the event address.
Location searches: The Event Overview CSV workaround depends on the date range selected and the location information recorded in the report.
Current limitations: Direct image uploads to the Staff Parking field or location itself, and direct in-app searches for all events by location, are not currently available.
Summary
You can share parking maps and other visual instructions by attaching files directly to an event. To find events associated with a specific venue or address, export the Event Overview CSV report and filter it in a spreadsheet program.
