Why do I have two SWIFT codes?

Understand your account details and what to do if your account details appear as invalid.

Updated over 2 months ago

Each nsave currency account comes with its own details, and sometimes more than one account details for different transfer types (i.e. ACH and Wire have different account details for USD accounts). You can find these by going to the “accounts” page on the app, and click “account details” on the top right corner.

You can use these details when sending transfers into your nsave accounts, as long as the external account is in the same currency as your nsave account.

Because our SWIFT details are new, it takes time for some banks to update their information and so they may not have our details on their database. In these cases, the bank will usually refuse the transfer, or return it by saying that the account details are invalid.

In order to avoid this, you can add our Correspondent Bank details to the transfer which will solve this.

The Correspondent Bank details for USD accounts are: JPMorgan Chase Bank, New

York with CHASUS33XXX as a BIC/SWIFT Code!

Please reach out for further details.
