What are the fees to receive on nsave?

Understanding fees to receive in the nsave account.

Updated yesterday

At nsave, we offer two tiers: Free and Pro, each with different fee structures for receiving transfers. Below is a comprehensive breakdown of the fees for both tiers.

Managing your account with nsave involves understanding how and why fees are deducted. This ensures transparency and allows users to make informed financial decisions.

Free Tier

The Free tier is ideal for users who want basic access to nsave services. Fees for receiving transfers are as follows:

  • Euro Transfers (SEPA In/Out): Free

  • UK Transfers (FPS In/Out): $1.00 per transaction

  • US Transfers (ACH In): 0.3% of the transaction amount

  • SWIFT Transfers:

    • SWIFT EEA In: $4.99

    • SWIFT In (Non-EEA): $6.39

  • Receive funds via payment link or card top-up: 4.5% of the transaction amount For example, when receiving £1 through GBP transfers, you might net £0.25 after a £0.75 equivalent fee.

SWIFT EEA transfers are transfers made within the European Economic Area.

Additionally, refunds might be subject to deductions due to intermediary or processing fees applied during the transaction. These deductions are often beyond nsave's control and result from external banking systems.

Pro Tier

The Pro tier offers lower fees and includes free transactions every month.

Includes 2 free transactions per month for SWIFT transfers, 1 in and 1 out, and 1 Free transaction for ACH transfer in.

After using up the free transactions, the following fees apply:

  • Euro Transfers (SEPA In/Out): Free

  • UK Transfers (FPS In/Out): Free

  • US Transfers (ACH In): 0.3% of the transaction amount

  • SWIFT Transfers (after free transactions are used):

    • SWIFT EEA In: $3.59

    • SWIFT In (Non-EEA): $3.59

  • Receive Funds via Payment Link or card top-up: 3% of the transaction amount (lower than the Free tier rate of 4.5%)
