Plans overview

What plans does nsave offer?

We offer two plans:

  • nsave Free – $0 per month

  • nsave Pro – $9.99 per month (or local equivalent)

You can switch plans at any time.


Accounts & receiving money

What accounts do I get on nsave Free?

With nsave Free, you automatically get:

  • USD and GBP accounts

  • Ability to receive money via ACH, SWIFT, and FPS

  • No minimum deposit

  • First 10 ACH deposits are complimentary; subsequent deposits incur a $0.50 fee per transaction.

Is it free to receive money?

Yes. Receiving money in USD or GBP is free on both Free and Pro plans.

(Sender bank fees may still apply.)


Sending money & transfers

Are nsave-to-nsave transfers free?

Yes. Transfers between nsave users are free on all plans.

How much does it cost to withdraw to my local currency?

  • $1 per withdrawal on both Free and Pro plans.

How much does it cost to send money internationally?

USD transfers (ACH):

  • $0.50 per transfer (Free & Pro)

USD transfers (SWIFT):

  • Free: $9.99 per transfer

  • Pro: 1 free SWIFT transfer per month, then standard fees apply

GBP transfers (FPS):

  • Free: $1 per transfer

  • Pro: Free


Cards

Is there a fee to get a card?

  • Free plan: $2.99 one-time card fee

  • Pro plan: Free

Are card payments free?

Yes. Card payments in USD and GBP are free on both plans.


Foreign exchange (FX)

What are the FX fees?

  • Card payments in a different currency: 2.5%

  • Exchange between accounts:

    • Free plan: 1%

    • Pro plan: 0.5%


Rewards

Do I earn rewards on nsave?

Yes, depending on your plan:

Early nsaver rewards:

  • Free: 4%

  • Pro: 5%

New nsaver rewards:

  • Free: 3%

  • Pro: 4%

(Rewards eligibility and terms apply.)


Investments

Are there trading fees?

No. Investment orders are free on both Free and Pro plans.


Pro subscription

Is there a free trial for nsave Pro?

Yes. When you first register, you get 1 free month of nsave Pro.

After the free month:

You’ll automatically move to nsave Free unless you choose to continue on Pro.

  • No charges apply unless you actively subscribe to Pro.


Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes.

  • Free → Pro: Upgrade instantly; changes apply immediately.

  • Pro → Free: Downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.

  • There are no fees for downgrading. To switch to the Free plan:

  1. Open the nsave app.

  2. Navigate to your profile section.

  3. Select the option labeled Change Subscription.

  4. Choose the Free plan from the available options.


Will I lose data if I downgrade?

No. Your data, settings, and transaction history remain intact.

You’ll simply lose access to Pro benefits once the billing cycle ends.


Can I pause my Pro subscription?

You can’t pause Pro, but you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle and resubscribe later.


Why does my account still show “Pro” after I downgrade?

The Pro label remains until the end of your current billing cycle.

Once the cycle ends, your account automatically updates to Free.


Feature tracking & limits

Can I track my free trades and transfers?

Yes. The app shows how many free trades or transfers you’ve used.

Do unused free transactions roll over?

No. Free services reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle.


nsave Free plan details

Does the Free plan have ads or recurring fees?

No ads, and no recurring fees for basic usage.

Some optional or premium services (e.g. high-value transfers) may have fees, which are always shown upfront.

Is the Free plan time-limited?

No. The Free plan is available for lifetime use, with no expiry.


Legacy “Lifetime Free” accounts

My account shows “Free” instead of “Lifetime Free”. Is that an issue?

No. This is only a labeling change.

Your original Lifetime Free benefits remain unchanged.


Referrals

How can I invite friends to nsave?

Use your referral link in the app to invite friends and family.

Referral rewards apply, and nsave-to-nsave transfers remain free.
