What’s changing?
You now have new ACH details available in your nsave app
Your old ACH details will continue to work until December 24
After December 24, only the new ACH details will be active- ACH details may change due to infrastructure upgrades aimed at improving payment reliability.
Banking partner requirements or regulatory compliance may also necessitate updates.
Any payments sent to your old details after that date may be reversed if no action is taken
What you need to do
Open the nsave app
Go to your USD account → ACH details
Review and confirm your new ACH details
Once confirmed, your new details are ready to use immediately.
Important next step: update your payers
If you receive recurring payments, make sure to share your new ACH details with anyone sending you money, for example:
Freelance platforms like Upwork or Fiverr
Direct clients
Your employer
Any other company or individual paying you via ACH
Most platforms allow you to update banking details directly from your profile or payment settings.

To avoid any payment disruptions, we strongly recommend updating your details as soon as possible.Once updated, your new ACH details are expected to remain stable. Future updates, if necessary, will be communicated promptly through the nsave app.
What if I don’t see my new ACH details instantly?
ACH details are generally available within 1 business day. In rare cases requiring additional verification, processing may take up to 7 business days.
If this happens:
Make sure your profile details are complete
Try again after updating your information
If the issue persists, contact support and we’ll help you right away
Regional-Specific Information
Bangladesh and Pakistan users: Due to partner bank processes, delays in receiving updated ACH details may occur. Continue checking the app for updates.
Will my money be affected?
No funds currently in your account are impacted.
This change only affects future incoming ACH payments if they are sent to old details after December 24, 2025 Incoming ACH Transfer Status To check the status of an incoming ACH transfer:
Pending or Processing: Your ACH transfer is on the way.
Not Listed: This means the transfer may still be with the sender or intermediary banks. Continue monitoring for updates.
