What is ACH?

ACH (Automated Clearing House) is the electronic payment network used in the United States to move money between banks.

Where is ACH available?

ACH accounts are currently only available in certain countries. You can find the full list here.

How to set up your ACH account

Follow these steps in the nsave app:

  1. Go to Account details (top-right button).

  2. Select your USD account.

  3. Tap on ACH details.

  4. Click Request ACH details.

    • You’ll be redirected to our partner’s webpage (Bridge).

    • Accept the Terms & Conditions to proceed.

Time to process your account

  • If you already have a crypto account set up, your ACH details should appear almost instantly.

  • If you don’t yet have a crypto account, it usually takes a few minutes to set everything up.

  • In some cases, our partner may request additional information. This can take a few days, and our team will reach out to let you know what’s needed.

ACH transfers

  • With an ACH account, you get access to your personal Routing and Account Numbers, which allows you to receive money in USD from the United States.

  • Currently ACH transfers are only available for incoming transfers.

  • We currently do not support outgoing ACH - these will be sent via Fedwire.

  • ACH transfers are typically received within 1 business day and are credited towards the end of the day.
