Update on nsave cards

Updated yesterday

nsave has been working with multiple card issuing partners to provide reliable card services across different regions. Due to recent changes with one of our issuing partners, new card issuance is currently unavailable in several countries.

This article explains what this means for your card request and your nsave account.

Pending card requests

If you previously requested a card but have not yet received one, your request has unfortunately been cancelled.

Our most recent card partner has stopped onboarding new users from certain countries, and we have not yet found an alternative provider that meets the service standards we expect.

If your request was pending:

  • Your card will not be issued

  • No action is required from you

  • Your nsave account remains fully functional

You can continue to send, receive, and manage your funds as usual.

Closure of MatchMove cards

All cards issued through our previous provider MatchMove are planned to be closed by April 2.

Some users may see an upgrade option in the nsave app allowing them to move to a new card provider.

Card upgrades depend on your country of residence. If you do not see the upgrade option in your app, it means that card services are currently unavailable in your region.
