How to Add Your nsave Virtual Card to Google Pay

Adding Your nsave Card

The process for adding your nsave card can be completed using the nsave app. Follow the steps below:

  1. Open the nsave app and navigate to the Card section.

  2. Select your virtual card.

  3. Choose the option to “Add to Google Pay.”

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup process. Note: Once your new nsave virtual card appears in the app (in cases where you've been issued a new card after account updates), you can also add it to Google Pay.

Troubleshooting Card Setup Issues

If Your Card Stopped Working After an Account Upgrade

When your nsave account is upgraded, your existing virtual card may get frozen and replaced with a new one. In such circumstances, you must replace the old card with the updated card on Google Pay:

  1. Open Google Pay.

  2. Remove the frozen old card if it is still listed.

  3. Select “Add Payment Method” and enter your new virtual card details.

  4. Complete any required verification process.

  5. Try using the new card for transactions again.

Why Not Use the Issuer’s Website?

nsave doesn’t provide an issuer website for managing your virtual cards. Google Pay serves as a direct and accessible method for management and setup. Handle all card-related tasks directly within the app.

What are the fees involved?

Card purchase

  • If you are on a PRO subscription, you can order a card free of charge.

  • If you are on FREE subscription, you will only pay a one-off fee of 1.99 USD! You can use your available balance, including gift balance, to pay the $1.99 card fee

Please note that only Paid PRO users receive a free virtual card.

  • If you’re on a Free PRO plan (like during your first month on nsave or from a promotion), you’ll need to pay $1.99 for the card. To get it for free, you can upgrade to a paid PRO plan." Even if your proof of address is still under review, you can deposit funds and use the virtual card. Full verification is not mandatory for using the card.
