What if I paid but don't have credits?

Payments usually take a few minutes. In rare cases, especially with Bitcoin, it can take up to 2-3 hours. Please be patient. However, if you have not received the credits after 2-3 hours, please provide:

Invoice id, if you paid in Nubee.ai Telegram bot. It has to be in the message like below:
Invoice Details:
• ID: 9829d213-546e-4fe0-bcbf-126d773e75ba
Proof of your payment: screenshot, pdf or blockchain explorer (for crypto*) of the payment receipt.
Extra data depend on the method you choose:
1. UPI payment:
  1. Date and time of the payment
  2. Amount
  3. Sender and receiver
2. SBP Payment:
  1. number of transaction as 9-digit number, e.g. 152199275
3. For other payment type, contact us and provide which option you used

*For crypto, proof of the payment is a blockchain explorer link. You'll find it in your payment app, often labeled as "view on block explorer." (like on the screenshot below) Look for domains like mempool.space, etherscan.io, blockchain.com, etc.
