The Company Default Dispatch Fee is found in the Teamspace tab (Settings > Teamspace). This setting applies to the TMS side of the platform and sets the default dispatch fee percentage that will be pre-filled when creating new loads in Numeo One TMS.
To change it, click the field, enter the new percentage, and save.
