The Company Information section is found in the middle of the General tab. It contains the following fields:
Company Name — Your business name as it will appear in outreach emails
MC Number — Your Motor Carrier number
DOT Number — Your Department of Transportation number
Phone Number — Your dispatch contact number
Address — Your business address
These fields are used to auto-populate email templates and broker outreach messages.
You need to fill in those details in here: https://agent.numeo.ai/settings?tab=general
Numeo will automatically parse details from FMCSA once you write the MC Number. To write the MC number, click the Edit button at the top right and write your MC in the MC field, and Numeo will automatically parse all details of your company from FMCSA. You just click on the company details that appear in autofill to get it auto-populated, then click Save to save changes.
