Load board connections are initiated directly from Load Hub, Load Radar, or AI Hub. You must already have a paid account with the load board provider. Numeo does not provide load board subscriptions; it connects to your existing account.
DAT
DAT works differently from other load boards. DAT does not use a login modal — instead, Numeo reads loads from DAT by detecting your active DAT session in the browser. For this to work:
The Numeo Spot Chrome extension must be installed and you must be logged in to it.
DAT One must be open in the same Chrome browser and the same Chrome profile where you are using Numeo.
You must be logged in to your DAT account in that tab.
Once those conditions are met, Numeo will automatically pull loads from DAT with no additional setup required.
TruckStop and all other load boards
TruckStop (and all other load boards and broker portals) connect via a standard modal. Click the TruckStop icon in Load Hub to open the connection modal, then choose:
Connect with Email & Password — Enter your TruckStop login credentials directly in the modal and click Sign in.
Connect with Extension — Opens the TruckStop login page in a new tab. Log in there and Numeo detects the connection automatically.
The same connection modal applies to all other broker portals (TQL, C.H. Robinson, Arrive Logistics, etc.). You can initiate the connection from Load Hub, Load Radar, or AI Hub — the same modal appears in all three locations.
