AI Hub — Chat-based AI dispatch agent (negotiates via email)
Email — Inbox of all broker conversations (shows "Active" badge when there are unread messages)
Bottom section — Account management
Upgrade Plan — View and change your subscription

Billing — Manage your payment and plan
Settings — Configure your account, team, and integrations
Downloads — Mainly for TMS users to save paperwork
Profile button — Shows your name and email; click to sign out
The sidebar can be collapsed by clicking the arrow icon at the top left to give more screen space to the main content area.
