Introducing Customer Table View

On your Customers tab, the new table format gives you a bird’s eye view of your customers. You’ll be able to see more customers in more detail on a single page.

Better understand the state of each customer with new columns:

  • Last Action: This table is sorted by the most recent event on each account, whether by you or the customer. Use the sort button (top right) to change the order.

  • Flow: If you have multiple onboarding flows, this column shows which one each customer followed. If you haven’t yet set up additional flows, reach out to your customer success manager.

  • Reviewer: See assigned reviewers and unassigned accounts at a glance.

  • Terms: If terms have been approved, this column shows them along with the credit limit (if issued).

  • Tax Docs: Displays the number of tax exemption documents uploaded by the customer.

  • Bank Refs: Quickly check if a bank reference is complete and whether it was manual or instant.

  • Trade Refs: Reference responses arrive over time, so this column shows the current number of completed references over the number requested.

This new dashboard is the foundation for a series of improvements to make your customer reviews more efficient. Stay on the lookout for more features coming soon, including advanced filters, saved views, and more.
