Dashboard Overview

Review queues that better fit your workflows

We’re updating your dashboard navigation and customer statuses to make it easier to organize your review processes.

What's changing:

We are introducing two new tabs in the left navigation: Applications & Accounts.

Applications will contain all new applications submitted via the application links your team has sent out or posted.

Accounts will contain approved applications and existing customers you have invited to Nuvo.



Within each, you will have new saved views to help you organize your team's review queues. We are also updating the Status column and introducing a new Alerts column so you can better understand the state of your customer relationships.

The table below outlines the new dashboard and status organization:

Why we made this change:
We've heard your feedback that the review process for new and existing customers is different. To make it easier to focus your time, we are moving to better representing the real state of your account relationships on Nuvo.
