Linking Experian in Nuvo

This guide will walk you through the steps to link Experian and Nuvo, so you can pull your Experian reports directly in the Nuvo dashboard.

To begin the process, you will need to gather some information from your Experian contact (Either directly through Experian or your third-party provider).

  1. Let the contact know your are looking to connect Experian & Nuvo, and you want to ensure you have API access within your current contract.

    • You might need to sign a Third Party Addendum and Statement of Understanding in order to proceed. And they may also have you complete a questionnaire (please reach out to your Customer Success Contact or Support@nuvo.com if you need any help completing the answers to those questions).

  2. Experian or your third-party contact should send over credentials that include the following information:

    1. Username

    2. Password

    3. Subcode

    4. Client Key (Client ID)

    5. Client Secret (Client Secret)

  3. Your Experian contact may provide you with test credentials -- if so, please share those with your Nuvo Customer Success contact, who can help to validate the credentials.

  4. After testing, the credentials can be entered into the Nuvo dashboard by going to Settings > Integrations (https://nuvo.com/settings/integrations), and selecting the 'Connect' button next to Experian.

*Should you need to update your Credentials/Password in the future, you can click the 3 dots next to the connection, and 'Reconnect'.
