Update Profile

If your supplier requests you to update your profile or if you decide to make changes to your application, you can easily do so by updating your profile. Please read the instructions below to learn how to update your profile and make changes to your credit application.

Please note that if you need to change your company's legal name, you must email support at support@nuvo.com. For other changes within your company account, such as updating your DBA, adding a new team member, or changing your first and last name, you can make these adjustments within your settings.

Step 1:

The first step is to log in to your account and go to https://nuvo.com/suppliers/all.

Step 2:

After arriving on the Suppliers page, navigate to the "View All" tab, where your application should be visible. Click on it, and you'll find an "Update Profile" button on the right-hand side.

Step 3:

After clicking the "Update Profile" button, proceed by selecting "Review and Edit."

Step 4:

After clicking "Review and Edit," you'll be able to make any desired changes. Once you've made your updates, be sure to select "Save and Continue."

Step 5:

After making all the necessary changes, go to the Signatures section to submit the application again. Please note that the button will say "Submit," not "Resubmit."
