How Do I Update My Trade References?

Occasionally, your supplier may request that you provide different trade references or update the email addresses associated with your existing references. Here’s how to make those changes effectively.

Step 1: Log into Nuvo Dashboard

First, log in to your account at nuvo.com/login.

Step 2: Click on the credit application that needs to be edited

Click on the credit application that requires editing, which can be found at https://nuvo.com/suppliers/all.

Step 3: Click on the "Update Profile" button

Step 4: Edit your Trade References and submit

Navigate to the trade reference section in the left-hand menu. Update the required trade reference information, then click the "Save and Continue" button before submitting your application. This will ensure your updated details are submitted and a request is sent to the reference.

Your supplier will receive a notification regarding the updates to your credit application.
