Within Obello, there are four user roles: Admins, Editors, Creators, and Viewers.
Admins have full access to all product features, including plan selection and billing settings. They can also adjust other member permissions by going to Settings > Members.
Editors can access everything except billing and plan management. They can set Template Rules, publish Templates, create custom template sizes and categories, and define the Brand Voice across the platform.
Creators have flexible permissions. Their access is defined by Admins and Editors, ranging from full design capabilities to a restricted experience where certain actions (like moving elements, using AI tools, or applying drop shadows) may be disabled.
Viewers have the most limited access. They can only view and download assets and templates.
