⭐️ CORE REPORT FEATURES
Share Reports with Colleagues
You can share a report with anyone on your team. Simply copy the report’s unique URL and send it. As long as the recipient has access to your ObservePoint account, they’ll see the same view — filters, columns, pinned settings, and all. Folder permissions are enforced.
Export Data
Need to work offline or feed data into another tool? Every report can be exported to CSV and Excel (Parquet and others coming later). Click the Export button in the top-right corner of the report to download the current view, including all visible columns and applied filters. You can also highlight cells in the table and copy/paste directly into to Excel or other documents.
Choose Which Columns to Display
Customize the report view to show only what matters to you:
Use the Column Selector to toggle visibility for standard and advanced fields.
Selections can be saved, so you get the exact same view next time.
Pinning & Sorting Columns
Want to keep important columns front and center? You can:
Pin columns to lock them to the left or right side of the report.
Sort any column in ascending or descending order by clicking the column header.
This is especially useful when comparing metrics across audits or journeys.
Column Grouping
Group your report by many different dimensions such as Audit Name or Accessibility Issue Type to easily unlock powerful aggregate statistics, including min, max, average, median, percentiles, distinct counts, and unique lists. You can apply multiple aggregations at the same time for each metric or dimension, giving you a comprehensive view of trends and performance.
Grouped Column Unique Values
Notice the number column at the end of a group row, this is a count of unique values for that group.
Grouped Column Breakouts
Allows you to breakout enumerated values into individual columns with their related values. This enables deeper comparisons and clearer cross-sectional insights. Here is an example showing Journey run status:
Save and Favorite a Reports
Save time by bookmarking your favorite views.
Once you’ve customized a report (columns, filters, groupings), click “Save View” to store it:
Give it a name like “Weekly Audit Check” or “Metrics with Issues.”
Access it later from the Favorites menu.
Metrics with Alert Status
See at-a-glance whether a metric has triggered its configured alert:
Alert status columns show Triggered or Not Triggered
Sort or filter to isolate problem areas fast
Pair this with column grouping or filtering to quickly zero in on underperforming pages or journeys.
Robust Filtering
Powerful filters help you drill into exactly what matters:
Filter by Audit or Journey Run or Configuration Settings
Narrow by Metric Settings (e.g., thresholds, types)
Filter on Actual Values or Alert Status
Combine multiple filters for pinpoint precision
Apply Quick Filters
How Do Permissions Work?
Current folder permissions are enforced, the same way they are enforced for data sources. When a standard user or read-only user views a report, they only see records from folders they have access to.
Role Based Access to Reports:
Account admins can access all reports in the account.
Standard users and read-only users can only see their own reports + reports created by other users that have been marked "Make report visible for all users".
Publicly sharable reports inherit the permissions of the user who created the share.
