The P.Point is your real-time order tracking tool. It also allows you to instantly close order-taking and mark products as out of stock during service.
How to access it
Log in to your P.Point
Username and password: this is not your email, but the child account credentials

The interface is organised around 3 tabs : Orders, Products, Kiosks.
Track your orders — Orders tab
View In Progress orders
Browse the History and filter by point of sale
Download reports (with or without payment)
Manage cancellations
Instantly close order-taking — menu (3 lines at the top right)
In-store ordering → on/off switch
Click & Collect ordering → on/off switch
Delivery ordering → on/off switch
Also manage your notifications
Pause kiosks — Kiosks tab (in case of emergency)
Click on the kiosk to disable and choose the duration
Click on it again to reactivate
Mark a product as out of stock — Products tab
Click on a product → it turns red (unavailable)
Click again → it turns green (available)
Clock icon next to the product → set a downtime duration
