Hiring a Candidate

We recommend moving candidates to the “Hired” stage for reporting and tracking purposes.

  1. Go to “My Jobs”

    • On the left-side menu, click on “My Jobs”.

  2. Select the Job

    • From the list of jobs, choose the job for which you wish to manage candidates.

  3. Access the Candidate Profile

    • Click on the candidate’s name to open their profile.

  4. Click the “Hire” Button

    • In the candidate’s profile, click on the “Hire” button located at the top-left corner of the screen or locate the candidate you wish to hire and drag them to the “Hired” stage manually.
