From “My Jobs” Page.
From the left side menu select “My Jobs”
From the list of jobs, select the job you wish to manage
Click and drag the candidate to the stage you want to move them to
You can also do this in bulk by selecting multiple candidates at the same time and with Bulk Action move them to a desired stage in the hiring flow

From the “Candidate Profile” Page
From the left side menu select “My Jobs”
From the list of jobs, select the job you wish to manage
Click the candidate to enter the candidate profile
On the top right side of the screen select the stage you wish to move the candidate to
