Occupop's recruiter marketplace enables you to automate the onboarding of recruiters. It is completely optional. The marketplace acts like a tendering platform and gives you the opportunity to receive bids from specialist recruitment agencies, allowing you to work at a fee that fits your budget with recruiters that suit your needs.
You can activate the recruiter marketplace when you post a job
From the left side menu select “My Jobs”
Select “+New Job” from the top right side of the screen
Move through each stage until you reach “Recruiters”
To activate the recruiter marketplace, toggle the off button to on
Enter in the salary range and additional information for the recruiters
*In order for the recruiters to give you an accurate bid you must enter the salary range for the role
