Setting Up a recruitment agency on Occupop

To add an agency to your Preferred Supplier List (PSL) or Favourites, they need to have a profile on Occupop. Here’s how to check and add them to your list:

Step 1: Check if the Agency Has a Profile 🔍

Go to Favourites:

- Select 'Favourites' from the toolbar on the left side.

Add Favourite:

- Click 'Add Favourite' and start typing the name of the recruitment agency (not the individual agent).

Step 2: If the Agency Name Appears ✔️

- Select the Agency:

- Choose the agency to add them to your Favourites list. You’ll now be able to add them to your hiring process when posting a job.

- Where to Add:

- Go to the 'Recruiters' tab when posting a job to include them in your hiring process.

Step 3: If the Agency Name Does Not Appear

1. Send Registration Link:

- Email the agent with the link below, requesting that the agency create a profile:

2. Wait for Confirmation:

- Ask the agent to notify you once their account is set up.

3. Add the Agency:

- Once notified, select the agency to add them to your Favourites. You can now include them in your hiring process.

- Where to Add:

- Go to the 'Recruiters' tab when posting a job to add them to your process.
