Using SMTP
When you have selected SMTP to send out your emails and there seems to be an issue try the following things.
I can't get it to work
Make sure to follow the guide on this page:

It used to work but it stopped working
When it used to work and it stopped working there could be different issues.
The SMTP settings from your host have changed
Double-check the SMTP settings and if necessary fill them in again. (Don't forget to save the changes.
βPassword changed
If the password for your email has changed, it won't work anymore until you update the password in your SMTP settings.
βMoneybird connection
Sometimes the moneybird connection can cause issues when sending out invoices. This will only happen when your Moneybird account has reached a limit.
Using Google Workspace
When you have connected your email through Google Workspace (Gsuite). Take the following steps.
Disconnect Google Workspace
Make sure the settings under SMTP are empty
Press save (bottom of the page)
Reconnect Google Workspace
