It can take up to 24 hours for a credit to be applied.
If the credit you're waiting on is related to referring a friend, it might be that some steps were missed. In order for the credit to be released your friend will need to sign up for Octopus Charge with your unique link to start the process. Then you’ll both need to have an active payment method linked to your accounts and complete at least one charge using the Octopus Charge card or app.
