Media Usage Rights and Storage

This article applies to both Clients and Merchants. The Client who ordered and paid for the Project holds all usage rights. Here's what that means for each party.

Clients

You hold full usage rights to the media delivered.

Download and store your files securely after approval — accessibility depends on your contractual agreement with Ocus.

Merchants

The media belongs to the Client, not the restaurant. You don't hold usage rights by default.

If you want to use the photos → contact your Partner Platform directly.

Ocus cannot grant usage rights to the restaurant.

How long is media stored?

According to your contractual agreement with Ocus.

Download your files after approval — don't rely on platform storage as a long-term backup.
