Where to Find Your Project Short ID

The Short ID is a 6-character code used by the Ocus support team to identify your Project quickly.

Important note: You'll only have access to a Project Short ID if one of the following conditions applies:

  • You have claimed the project

  • You submitted a Travel Fee Request for which Ocus made a counter-proposal.

The Short ID is available in two places:

1. Once you're assigned to a Project

Open the Project from My Projects — the Short ID appears just below the Project name.

2. From a Travel Fee Request

Go to My Projects → Travel Fee Requests tab → tap on the Project name — the Short ID appears just below the Project name at the top of the page.

Why does the support team ask for it?

The Short ID lets us locate your Project instantly in our system — it's faster and more reliable than the full Project name. Always include it when contacting support about a specific Project.
