Where to find it
On the map (Browse)
The Short ID appears directly on the Project card when you open it from the map.
In "My Projects"
The Short ID is visible on the card of any Project, across all tabs — To Schedule, In Progress, Blocked, Past.
The Short ID appears at the top of the Project page.
In "Travel Fee Request"
Go to My Projects → Travel Fee Requests → The Short ID appears above the address, to the right of the counter-proposal.
Why does the support team ask for it?
The Short ID lets us locate your Project instantly in our system — it's faster and more reliable than the full Project name.
