How Your Creator Score Works

One overall score out of 5, built from three dimensions — each scored out of 5 — that you can directly influence.

Your three dimensions

Visual Quality

The rating your photos and videos receive from the Ocus Quality team after each Project is reviewed. To improve it: follow the guideline closely, pay attention to framing, lighting, and focus, and make sure everything requested is included before you submit.

Reliability

How consistently you schedule, show up, and complete the Projects you've accepted. What lowers it: cancellations on your side, unscheduled sessions, or delays in letting us know when something makes it impossible to proceed. Issues on the Merchant's side don't affect it.

Project Experience

The feedback Merchants leave about your visit: professionalism, communication, and how the on-site interaction went. To improve it: arrive on time, communicate clearly, and stay professional from start to finish.

Default scores

Each dimension needs enough completed Projects within the last six months.

If there isn't enough recent activity in one area, a neutral default value is shown — not a penalty. Your real score takes over automatically as you complete more Projects.

Where to find your score

Performance tab in your profile — The score is updated daily. The overall score is not a simple average of the three dimensions — the weighting isn't displayed in the profile.
