Offramp's team is regularly making v1 card to v2 card fund transfers.

However, for accounts with residence in countries that are no longer supported (see: new list of countries), the funds will be transferred to your Offramp wallet.

Below are the steps on how to proceed with the withdrawal.

1. Go to Card settings -> Edit profile

2. Click "Send"

3. Select the token, enter the available balance, and your Polygon network recipient address

4. Click "Preview transaction"

5. And then "Send"

Note: In some cases, you may encounter an "insufficient gas funds" error. Offramp sponsors the gas fee for this and the transaction should still push through.
