Virtual card details, such as incorrect name or incorrect address, can still be amendded by our tech team as long as the information submitted for KYC is correct. Reach out to our customer support to proceed with this request.
Physical card names, on the other hand, cannot be edited once the order has been placed.
Once your physical card order is on the way, you will receive a DHL email with tracking details, and options to update your address (as long as it is within the same city) will be available there.
