Once your physical card order is on the way, you will receive a DHL email with tracking details, and options to update your address (as long as it is within the same city) will be available there.
If you still wish to cancel your order, kindly create a ticket or email us at contact@offramp.xyz for us to confirm with our card provider if cancellation is still possible.
In the scenario that it can no longer be cancelled and the delivery failed, DHL will need to return the card to the manufacturer before you would be able to order a card again.
