Payment refunds
Payment refunds are processed automatically by our card issuer. This normally takes 12 to 15 business days, and once processed it'll be reflected in your card's balance.
If you have not received a payment refund within this timeframe, you can follow up by filling in a ticket on our Intercom support chat and providing your full name and the date the refund was triggered by the merchant.
Declined transactions
Although uncommon, transactions made from your Offramp card may be declined either by the merchant or by our card issuer.
Declined transactions from a merchant generally have to do with the internal risk score they flag your card with. This happens when you use a new card and begin triggering either large transactions or multiple small transactions.
Our card issuer may decline to process transactions with certain merchants in high-risk industries.
