If you recently received a refund, your card balance will be updated, however, it won't be available on your smart contract wallets for withdrawal.
Whenever a payment is processed using your virtual or physical card, our card issuer liquidates the collateral (USDT, USDC, etc.) that is equivalent to the paid amount. The collateral doesn't return to the wallet when merchants initiate a refund.
Your card balance can be used for spending using your virtual or physical card.
