LED statuses

Find out what each LED status is informing you of the operational state of the Device.

Updated over a week ago

The Handy uses a colored LED to indicate its operational state. The list of colors below indicates the various states the Handy can enter under firmware version 3.

NOTE: If the motor won't stop after you plug in the device and the LED keeps shifting between different colors, such as red, green and blue, your device is most likely defective. In that case, please contact support for a replacement.
