30 pouch Design Dimension Specifications and File Requirements
The design dimensions are as follows:
Large Label - 5652px (W) x 3818px (H)
Small Label - 1819px(W) x 3811px (H)
Pamphlet (each page)- 1024px (W) x 1024px (H). (Print as 5.25in x 5.25in)
Please have all the designs ready as .jpg or .png files. 300 DPI minimum. You will apply them in the onboarding wizard when you reach that step.
Standard 30 pouch designs will be differentiated by dynamic data pulled from the order in a few ways depending on how your design them. The customers First Name and the Pack Name will be printed on the standard supplement pouch design. it is also possible to add First Name, Last Name and Pack Name to the pamphlets to distinguish them further.
Once the label and pamphlet designs for a standard 30 pouch product have been set, they can be changed under the following condition:
Changes must occur by editing the Packaging Design Record (label_large, label_small, pamphlet) already applied to the approved, locked and currently in use Packaging Asset Group (PAG). Any changes that are saved will be applied to any order created after.
