Your initial small label, large label and pamphlet designs will be added during the onboarding process.
Existing Packaging Designs can be adjusted in the Client Portal. Navigate to Packaging >>> PAGs, then click show on the PAG with the designs you wish to adjust. Click Edit on the desired Design edit to make changes.
For the best experience, we recommend using our in-portal visualizer tool for adding text and dynamic information to flattened .png or .jpeg images created in other design programs like Photoshop or Canva. You can upload these with the "Set Background" button.
Packaging Designs must be attached to a Packaging Asset Group to be utilized. Please do not create new designs unless you have spoken to a OK Capsule team member.
Startup Tier Clients: At this time, you are are allotted one 30 pouch standard packaging design (small label, large label, pamphlet) across all packs.
Professional and Enterprise Tier Clients: You must get approval for any additional designs added. Changes to existing designs that are already attached to a PAG do not require approval to adjust. However, if there is a quality issue with the content or copy of the design, we will reach out.
