How long does an order take to be made?

When a a valid order is created it reaches our system in Pending status. At midnight PST all pending orders are accepted into the system batched and then placed in an In Production status. From that point forward, orders have varied times in which they will be produced and shipped.

Our average production time once an order reaches production is 3 business days. However, orders can ship on the first, second, or fourth day etc... though our production line generally keeps it under 3 days. Only clients in higher tiers receive a Service Level Agreement that guarantees their orders will be packaged and shipped within certain timeframes of reaching production.

It is also worth noting that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Tracking is available in the portal once an order has shipped. We do not communicate directly with your consumers. We send tracking numbers to Shopify or you can pull them from the API endpoints to forward to your customers. If you are a direct signup client without an integration you are limited to manually sending tracking to your consumers.

Tracking numbers and links appear in the order record once they generate upon the order being set to Shipped status.

Regarding shipping times, the shipping carriers and OKC are separate entities. We cannot take responsibility for issues with their services such as transit times or package updates like USPS Informed Delivery. However, you may choose different carriers by editing your Products>> Brand in the portal.
