Orders are generally charged when they are set to Shipped status.
There is one other finality status for orders that will trigger the charge. This status is called Abandoned / Voided. It occurs when you request an order cancellation to an In Production order that has already been packaged. You would be charged the supplement and packaging fees, but the order will not be charged shipping and will be disposed of.
Shipping is added at the end of the process and it can vary based on whatever carrier you choose. You can change the carrier under Products>>>Brands >>Edit in the client portal. Please see the carrier rate card in the portal under Support >>>Knowledge Base for pricing and delivery times.
